Sheeeeesh they are rude over the phone
The ADA Bus doesn't run on Saturdays, which is very disenfranchising for people who want to go to the Staunton Farmers Market or Saturday activities in Staunton or at Gypsy Hill Park. Why are you disenfranchising the disabled?
Brite Bus services (including the Access bus for those with disabilities) is an enormous contribution to Staunton and the surrounding communities. It enables those without their own personal transportation the ability to get out and about, doing things essential to daily life (like getting to work, grocery shopping and/or medical appointments (Access Bus regarding the latter).
