I came here with my daughter for the Aqua play. We haven't been before, but I was impressed by the extensive facilities available at the centre and would come back to try more. There were ample changing rooms, including family sized cubicles. Lockers near the entrance to the pool. No outdoor shoes allowed in the changing area so keep that in mind! Really disappointing service. Britannia is a lovely centre however Better website/app as well as the customer service are really bad. There is always a problem when trying to book anything via the site or app and staff are not willing to book for you and always direct you back to the site but the site is not user friendly. There is also not clear instructions on the website when booking swim classes as it’s not clear that you need 2 logins for booking lessons.
