Avoid. I paid each person extra yet they destroyed a new veneer finish coffee table, Broke a bookcase, lost all the screws for wardrobe door and left scratches on my £3,500 new wood floor.
I had 2 young men today doing my removals outstanding service..very polite very helpful . Even went out there way to help with my tyre that burst on my car..would highly recommend
I am very disappointed with Britannia Dundee. They destroyed all our furniture and we are still waiting for an answer. I really don't recommend this service. There are other much better removal companies. Don't trust in their publicity or leaflets, it is only marketing and empty words. At the moment of the move, they don't protect anything and don't have any material to wrap things.
Brilliant service. Really hard working staff, polite and considerate. Very happy with how they managed our move. Would recommend.
