Eric at Bristol was not responsive to my requests for fixing the sound on my hearing aides. The office was then closed w/o any way of contacting him nor any explanation for the business being closed. Luckily, I was able to connect with Mountain Plains Audiology. They were quick to schedule me for an appointment and they easily fixed the sound quality of my hearing aides. I would highly recommend Mountain Plans Audiology if you were a Bristol customer.
Waited months for hearing aids. Then Eric tried to give me battery operated Aids. Miraculously “mine” showed up a few weeks later. Eric run off. Took these aids to another hearing shop. They were registered to someone else. Now 60 bucks a pop we are getting them adjusted for my hearing. Like audiologist said, “at least I got something for my money, many didn’t”.
Dropped hearing aides to be fixed. Never returned phone calls and closed without returning $4500 hearing aides. Complaint filled
Mid-June 2025. This guy has apparently ripped my elderly mother off. Paid over $6000.00 for Phonak hearing aids, never delivered. Instead, after weeks saying they were on order, he handed her an unmarked box with some other brand of hearing aids & charger inside, no printed materials etc. And said he had to rush to Oklahoma due to a death in the family and would call to set appointment upon return. This guy absconded with over $4000 that was to be refunded to us. Numerous calls and voice-mail messages left, visits to a locked office. Now he has vacated this location.
