My mother has them, she renewed her car insurance May of this year, our '02 car broke down the next month, no accident just at the end of its time. We donated the car. My mom goes to cancel her insurance for the '02. Its only been a month on her 6 month renewal, they cancel it and tell her they will return $140. After questioning why thats all she would recieve, they asked her to provide documentation that the car is no longer in our possession, in case we are lying (?!). Highly don’t recommend this company if in a rush to get insuranced at time of vehicle purchase — they capitalize by rating you extremely high and then you lose a hefty chunk of change at cancellation even within a couple of days.
