Over priced and when it’s time to pay they pay what they feel like. I got an appraisal for over 300k for repairs and they send me 498.00. Rip off. They Obviously don’t care about the people paying the premiums At All! Stay away from them go elsewhere. It’s been two months I’ve texted, called not response. How do they stay in business?! Rip Off Company!!!
Absolutely worst customer service. Color me ignorant, but i prefer to understand my insurance agent and what I am paying to cover, when I can not understand 75% of what anyone of the employess say to me, during 7 different calls in 6 days. I am done with this conpany.
