The ER staff were horrendous. Period. When my loved on got put in a room on the 2 nd floor, they were amazing. Its the difference between day and night! The neurologist that we had was Exceptional. Very thorough, listened and seemd to actually Care. Wonderful Dr. All said and done, I would avoid the ER. Go somewhere else.
Was transported by ambulance for a fractured ankle. Had an IV in place. Was sent out to wait in the waiting room despite the pain. Once vitals were taken I was put in another "holding area" that could hold up to 6 patients. Sat there in pain with the other patients some of whom may have been contagious. An elderly female was brought to the "holding area" after I was. Being a Paramedic I knew by looking at her she was having a stroke. They FINALLY got her help...after calling STAT !!!
