If you’re looking for a friendly professional who can help sort out the aches and pains in your back then look no further. Minia has a calming aura and takes a genuine interest in trying to work out the cause of the pain and working out how to stop it reoccurring. I’ll be going back one a month for my back M.O.T
After a few sessions with Ella, my TMJ feels so much more manageable. Ella’s massage techniques are outstanding - the relief during the sessions, powerful. Ella is brilliant - so informative, sensitive, professional, knowledgable. Ella has given me exercises to work on between sessions which are super-helpful too. Highly recommended!
Minia is a magician. She’s really helped me to relieve a lot of tension in my body, as we as feel better connected with different muscles to know how to unlock them myself.
Without hesitation, I highly recommend Minia. Her expertise has been paramount in helping me out of persistent pain for various conditions, tennis elbow and pain and currently restrictions in rotator cuff. Her knowledge along with her approach and techniques used and after care advice have and are currently easing me out of pain and discomfort. (Also, a very lovely person). Thank you
Minia is incredible. I went to see her due to a slipped TMJ disc and she worked absolute wonders at relieving my pain. She also taught me how to treat it at home between sessions which has made a huge difference. I also have chronic pain in my back and she carried out her own research and managed to identify the source of the problem (something 3 years of GP visits, chiropractors and osteopaths had all failed to do) and I am now on the road to getting it treated.
