my experience was lukewarm but turned it to really cool . the residents love the care they get now! They have many activities and schedules for religious groups to give more than enough happiness. weekly bingo great Food. the administrator is new with lots of great ideas and helpful attitude very clean .not a dirty site by far celebration on every holiday and residents my come and go to have fun with families and friends. highly recommend for any need of care to new invites.
When I first got here things were a little disorganized but things are going better now. We have great new employees. The employee that is still here is a great asset to the company. The residents get good hot wholesome meals daily. There is staff on-site 24/7. There are activities for the residents like weekly bingo. There are nice clean available rooms for anyone that might be looking for a place. Come check us out.
Zero stars is what I would give! I was an administrator several years ago and felt a prisoner. The residents under my care were well taken care of and their families would testify to that. Yes the owner and her peons were awful and could careless about staff or the residents living there it was all about money$$$!!! Then, in talking 2015, I was allowed $2.25 per day per person that's right $2. 25 for 3 meals and a snack. I had an overnight helper and she was great, but McDonald's paid more than I could my staff. This place is one of the worse residential care facilities in Missouri. They are very left behind. Their nursing director and upper administration are very ignorant and careless about their residents and workers. They barely could keep workers for long term as they pay them very low and no benefits, at all. They come and go. They even let the current or new charge nurse covered up one of the new male staff did misconduct, inappropriate behaviors and sexual harrassment to one of their residents.
