I only gave this a star, because you have to. NEVER put anyone in this facility unless you really hate them. It is filthy, smells of urine, the manager hides the remotes for the t.v.s from the residents, food is horrible. She should be sitting with residents during meals in case of chocking, but she locks herself in the office. These residents are literally dying of boredom!!!! I will be reporting them to the state. They need to be shut down- NOW
