If I could rate zero I would. As an ex employee don’t EVER send your love ones here or EVER work here. As a black woman I was called the N-Word by my administrator and after bringing it to the vice presidents attention she did NOTHING. There’s a lot more I could say but I hear they threaten anyone who tries to speak out.
My mother has been at Bristol Manor of Raymore since 2016. The care has been great. The current administrator/caregiver is doing a great job. She shows the residents a lot of compassion and is very kind and gentle with them. Communication with the family members is very good. Overall my mother is happy there.
