My first time posting but folks beware! Asked them to come and look at our doors, as they wouldn't close properly. They came out told us we needed a new closure.(doors only 2 years old should have gotten second opinion then) Waited 3 weeks on them to Install the new closure over 600$ and door still didnt shut properly. They then charged me again to come out and fix the original problem that they were supposed to do the first time. We were more than patient and gave them the opportunity to do the right thing. Ordered a glass door in September 2021. As of January 20,2022 the door still has not been delivered and installed. To make matters worse, I cannot reach Bristol Glass via telephone. I paid a 50% down payment in September and have nothing to show for it. They will not communicate with me and I cannot reach them concerning this issue. It is beginning to look like legal action will be needed. Very poor customer service---BEWARE!
