Reliable, efficient and trustworthy. Joe fixed a problem with my phone. I did call another mobile phone repair shop but went with Joe because he asked more questions to asertain the issue before I went there, and I felt he was more thorough. I will be taking my laptop to upgrade windows next and no doubt will use his service for any further technical issues I have.
Excellent service from Joe! He replaced my phone screen, ran full diagnostics, and returned it the same day working perfectly. Fast and professional.
Once we got over the fact that this is not a shop - it is a workshop that sells refurbished devices (you can't really just rock up - you have to ring up and be interested in something. He puts his items on gumtree and probably'others) - then we were cooking with gas. Joe was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, devoting a lot of time and energy to getting my data back from my very damaged and temperamental phone. He was able to sell me a replacement phone for a good price, with a long warranty. Incredibly fair pricing and great customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to use Bristol Gadget Recycle again.
