Contradictions Though the bakery's food is absolutely delishious, the service is HORRIBLE. When you ask, you have to repeat yourself many times, as the person will either be on the phone or talking to another worker, or reading a magazine. They just dont seem to care.
Service at the bakery was sub-par Dont' get me wrong, I go here quite often and am a loyal customer. However, the service at the bakery is just horendous. The employee just concerned herself with talking to a friend and eating the baked goods even when she was aware a line was forming at the bakery! I'm not sure what the policy is at Bristols, but normally at other quality stores, the employee tends to help the customer first prior to gossiping about their own social lives and eating the stuff they are selling.
