This is most definately the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my whole life. I currently have a car loan which has literally one payment left-the payoff. I just received a voicemail threatening repossession of the vehicle! They do not follow any rules or laws. I just got off the phone with the attorney generals office as well as my lawyer. The final payment is due by June 16. Disgusting company
