Arrived at 3:30 pm today to open a new account and had a positive , friendly welcoming by staff at this Rehoboth location ! The lady who assisted me was Kym Silva and I can’t thank her enough for her pleasant personality. She answered all questions and made suggestions professionally!!! I’ve been using this bank since I was 12 years old and I’m now 18. They have locked me out of my bank account three times now, all during this pandemic. I have had, with no exaggeration, ZERO access to any of my money. I went three times, went through the same process three times, just to leave and try and use my card somewhere else for it to read “invalid pin”, and have to find time to come back. I dislike this location very much. Some employees are very kind and do a wonderful job. And some seem like they don't even know what they're doing. The manager was very rude to me on several occasions. She treated me very unfairly when I asked to get printed bank statements for a loan approval. She pretty much denied me, and embarrassed me in front of everyone. I didn't have ANY issues getting this paperwork when going to the north attleboro location. I refuse to go back.
