Rude employees, have egos and have 0 idea how to work with customers politely. Couldnt even help me with a fraud charge. The bank BCS is Horrible it self but the people here are terrible. Dont bank with BCS let alone this branch
Arrived at 3:30 pm today to open a new account and had a positive , friendly welcoming by staff at this Rehoboth location ! The lady who assisted me was Kym Silva and I can’t thank her enough for her pleasant personality. She answered all questions and made suggestions professionally!!!
