Rented a minivan for a family trip to Niagara Falls. Friendly staff and good value for money. Pickup and drop-off was quick and convenient. Great experience overall!
Service staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Van was clean and worked well, and cost was reasonable.
The experience was very pleasant and very affordable. The staff were exceptional and the truck was clean and in good running order. I would definitely use Bristol again.
Had a family emergency and rushed back when Bristol called, returned the car late by 3 hours, and they charged me $150 extra. Tried pleading my case, but the guy was exceptionally rude and unsympathetic. Why couldn't they have called to check within the hour of the return time? Worst experience with Bristol's customer service on my daughter's birthday.
5 stars all the way for Bristol truck rental in Pickering. Start to finish an amazing and easy experience. Highly recommend. Big shout out to Ian the Branch Manager who helped me navigate my rental.
