The guys who are at the counter truly love their job, they are exceptional people, they will always seek to give you the best treatment, their service is unmatched. I rented a car for more than a month and a truck for more than a month as well, and they always have good support to make you feel comfortable. Bristol came through for me after U-Haul cancelled my truck reservation last minute. You are getting good quality customer service and support when you rent from them. Although they are a bit more expensive than U-Haul or other budget truck rentals, every dollar is worth it. Neshawn and his team were great.
