The woman who helped me took her time and was very patient. I'm a very small adult and needed to find an option that worked with my short legs, and she let me try 5 or 6 bikes, and made sure I was comfortable on it. The 3-speed bike I rented was well-kept and gave me absolutely no trouble switching gears or breaking. She handed me a helmet and a lock for no extra charge. I'll definitely rent from them again next summer!
Friendly owners. Respect them and try to get the bikes back within your allotted time, but they are also understanding if something holds you up a little bit past your timeframe. The bike ride from Bristol to Providence is a very easy ride and a single speed is just fine for it. You only have to go about 2 blocks up the road before you can get on the path but could just as easily ride up the sidewalk with the bikes to get to that path as well as long as you give pedestrians the right of way if you're not comfortable riding o... read more
Bad service
Great shop with great bike rentals. Very helpful staff. It’s a beautiful path they are situated on. We visit my in-laws around Bristol every year but we never biked here before and now my daughter says it’s gonna be our new tradition.
