Absolutely the BEST bicycle shop I can review. Owners Mark and his wife ( I’m so sorry, name escapes me) were polite, informative and patient. I can think of no reason to look for a new Velotric any place else. In fact, any brand ! Short drive to beautiful Bristol ! Small shop but packed with knowledge! Thanks to all at Bristol Bikes !!!! My husband and I rented E bikes, and drove along the bike path and in the park. It was a beautiful day, and we really enjoyed our first time on the E bikes. The employee made our experience even better, I wish I could remember her name, she was extremely helpful. We will go back to explore some more.
We got rained on hard about an hour into our bike ride. We returned and said, "It was our fault. You warned us. I thought we could handle it." I told them I didn't want a refund. They were so nice and this is a local business...but they did it anyway! I wish we had more time to ride that East Bay trail. We only did about 1/4 and we were loving it. Maybe next time...and I'll get our ebikes from Brisol bikes when we do.
Excellent customer service and sales
About a month ago I went into the shop and test drove a velotric breeze. Robin and Mark were thorough about showing me the features, even though I mentioned I was interested in that model after researching on YouTube. They also ensured I wore a helmet during my test. when ordering the bike, they gave me the web price and accessory promotion available.
