We got rained on hard about an hour into our bike ride. We returned and said, "It was our fault. You warned us. I thought we could handle it." I told them I didn't want a refund. They were so nice and this is a local business...but they did it anyway! I wish we had more time to ride that East Bay trail. We only did about 1/4 and we were loving it. Maybe next time...and I'll get our ebikes from Brisol bikes when we do.
Excellent customer service and sales
About a month ago I went into the shop and test drove a velotric breeze. Robin and Mark were thorough about showing me the features, even though I mentioned I was interested in that model after researching on YouTube. They also ensured I wore a helmet during my test. when ordering the bike, they gave me the web price and accessory promotion available. Rented e-bikes to ride the East Bay Trail to Providence and back. First time on an e-bike, great customer service and prep!
What a great ride! We contacted them ahead of time to learn about taking e-bikes to Prudence Island for the day. They gave us great info and took our reservation. We showed up right as they opened in the day of our trip. They got us checked in, gave us a quick e-bike lesson, and got us on the way in no time. The bikes came equipped with baskets, and helmets were available. They let us know they’d wait for us before they closed if the ferry was running a few minutes late, which eased our stress a lot!
