Very charming little shop! Popped in while in town for business and was so happy I made time for it. I brought in a couple canvases that I am having issues with, and she helped out so much. Needed a thread matching for one and the other I needed to be advised Splender should be stranded. LOL. Whoopsie! She was happy to help me- even though the items were not bought there. I have never had the benefit of personally visiting Bristly Thistle, but I have ordered numerous canvases, some kitted, some with Michele's unique stitch guides, and I have always been thrilled with the finished product! The infrequent times I have called the shop, Michele greets me so warmly you'd think we are old friends. Her personal touch is invaluable and reassuring when venturing forth on a new project. You NEVER get the impression with her that it is business; just pleasure!! Thank you, Michele!
