The staff at the store were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were good at letting me know additional items they felt I would need on my hiking trip, and thus the staff successfully up-sold me on equipment that I ultimately did not need or use. I had gone in the store on July 22 to purchase a rain jacket for a hike.
