Jean Holcomb was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was attempting to help a 96 year old woman get an appointment for potentially filing taxes if she was required and she refused to help juat saying "no" or "no, we don't do" that over and over like a broken record rather than explaining what we needed to do like I was trying to ask. Very unprofessional for supposed friends of the Harbin family.
Helped me take care of a unforeseen tax matter in only a day. Really helpful and easy to talk with.
Joel helped me pick up the pieces when another tax preparer failed me this year. He was professional, helpful, and knowledgable. I'm glad to have a new local company to count on for my taxes.

Joel Tonge did my 2020 federal taxes but they never reached the IRS. Therefore, I now am accessed a penalty for not filing. It was rejected 3 times when it was submitted. Make sure you follow up if you use him. And no return phone calls either.
