I can highly recommend Lynne to anyone who would like to get "unstuck". I've come a long way since working with Lynne, and it feels like I have been given permission to let some things to, rather than letting them slow me down. Now that the main work is done, and I have made some changes towards the future I want, the recordings from sessions with Lynne are like a safety blanket. Lynne has been amazing. Highly recommend her when it comes to dealing with stress and preparing for a major operation. She is an expert in regards to mind-gut hypnotherapy so brilliant for ibs or diverticular disease problems as well! She is amazing!
