I’m so grateful for my sessions with Lynn Gardiner. I came to hypnotherapy hoping to stop vaping in 2024 and have never inhaled a vape since. With Lynn's help, I am now working towards a smoke free life. After just four sessions, the vaping has completely stopped, and I’m now very close to quitting smoking as well. Lynn made the whole process feel calm, safe, and achievable. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about changing an unwanted habit.
