Mark personally came to our home and provided the advice and details for what was needed on our old French doors. He provided a time frame which we accepted and he worked within that timeframe. I feel compelled to warn others about my extremely negative experience with Brisbane Shutters and its owner, Mark. Less than six months after installation, one of the window shutter frames began showing visible cracks and signs of deterioration, which is completely unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be durable and professionally installed.
