If these are the same guys that ran the old Giant Ferry Road shop then one star. Bought an expensive TCR Advanced 0 from them. My 3rd new Giant. Great bike but the front wheel popped a spoke. I specifically asked them to replace it with a matching Giant bladed spoke. When I went to pick it up they’d installed a generic round spoke. They never batted an eyelid when I voiced my displeasure or suggested they should have phoned me to explain why they’d done what I specifically asked for them not to do. Where to start? So, I have been shocked by the skills and the proactive approach of the kids 😂 who run this shop. Well, the median age was 20. They did a fantastic job in showing me the products. And get all the things I need at once. They reviewed my 15-year-old bike. It looks and feels utterly different, smooth, and more stable. The German lookers are fantastic—I highly recommend the shop. Amazing kind customer service.
2 tires poped in 3 mounths from just riding it on the road. I dont recommend that you buy a wheel, tube or tire from this bike shop because it will probably brake or pop and few days later.
Great shop. Staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help answer questions. Easy parking out the front. Great range of bikes and parts you will need for your biking needs.
