Avoid Brisbane Removalists if you want a stress free day, Eileen uses the chaos of moving day to manipulate you. Mud was tracked through our 3 cream carpets and our $4,000 couch now has rust stains from the bed of their truck - they did not use protective blankets for it. Eileen amazingly blamed us for the carpets (impressive really) for not having enough mats on a rainy day (we did have mats, a drop sheet & mostly undercover access). Initially everything was great with communication and friendly service however on the day it went downwards fast. Arrived late (phone call received from someone who couldn’t speak english) took ten hours to move a two bedroom unit because of stairs (my last move with stairs took 4 hours) and they damaged my goods (the extent of which was only uncovered later when I went to use them) and refuse to take responsibility advising me to claim on my warranty or contents insurance. I wanted to give a massive shout out to Diego and Camillo T from Brisbane removalists These two guys are incredible, they helped moved my Dads furniture during the week They are true gentleman this move was very difficult for me,moving my Dads things from his beautiful home. They were very thoughtful during this process Amazing company, Eileen in the office was the nicest lady to deal with Would definitely use this company again Such a lovely company These boys need a pay rise !!!!! Brisbane Removalists were great. From the first phone call to the last drop off everything ran smoothly. Communication was excellent, received a call back to the initial email enquiry in a timely manner with quote and information following swiftly. Andre & Vince went above and beyond what I expected and had no problem fitting in a last minute second drop off point. Well done guys, much appreciated.
