Norman is a miracle worker. Anytime I have had injuries and pain related to both gym and body stress, he has managed to make me feel instantly better. Truly could not recommend more.
Norman was an absolute miracle worker. I hurt my knee/ leg / IT Band majorly during training, to the point I couldn’t run. I had a major comp the next day. He gave the best massage, advice and adjustment I’ve ever had. And I’ve had plenty. He went out of his way to meet me later that night to tape me up, ready for my comp. I had zero pain during the comp and felt great! Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Absolutely fantastic!
