I honestly cannot recommend Rainie enough. Begining with her warm bubbly personality, she makes you feel happy as soon as you see her. Rainie always has a smile on her face and never fails to make me feel heard. Absolutely glad I have found this place Amy has helped with my health so much over the last 6 months. She is attentive and listens to me. I never feel dismissed. I’m feeling so much better thanks to Amy. Reception staff are also so helpful. Loving my experience with Brisbane livewell clinic.
I saw Rainie for a remedial massage. Best massage I’ve ever had. She was able to target specific areas of discomfort with the perfect amount of pressure. Her warmth and kindness also creates a very healing space for her clients. Highly recommend!
Finally I’ve felt heard and understood and we’re investigating the root causes of my chronic health issues. Something you don’t get from general medicine these days. I don’t want another prescription medication that has terrible side effects or to be dismissed because ours too hard. Shella took a long history and was very down to earth and understanding. I look forward to finally getting some answers.
As an oncology patient, I imagine I would have been a relatively challenging case for Rainie, who was incredibly professional and attentive during my visit.
