Lovely space, I have been receiving acupuncture to help with perimenopausal head tension, migraines and generally finding the physical and mental changes quite challenging. Never having done acupuncture before, I entered with some nervousness and just feeling very fragile. Jasmine immediately put me at ease and is super compassionate, kind and knowledgeable. It’s early days but I’m beginning to see improvements and looking forward to my weekly sessions x
