I used this Brisbane supervised contact centre for visits with a child and my experience raised serious concerns about the safety, professionalism and neutrality expected from a family contact service. My 5 year old daughter and 18 month old son attended this contact centre, for a sibling contact on 20 September 2025. Jacki left my 5 year old daughter alone in the contact room while she went across the car park to collect my 18 month old and the friend who accompanied him to sibling contact. Jacki also the proceeded to separate my 18 month old from the person who was meant to accompany him inside for the whole contact. My partner and I completed the circle of security parenting course with Jacki. We genuinely got more out of the course than we had expected and enjoyed Jacki’s approach to sharing as a group. Would recommend

Jackie is surpost to be there for th children but all questions asked were based on th mother side. I did tell Jackie about th ongoing narcissistic alienating mothers behaviour but she has now refused to let me see my children even though it was ordered by th courts. Jackie u r not a judge. I had faith in u see past my exwife lies. Shame on u. To all father's with alienating exwifes do not trust or use her services

I am sharing my experience with Brisbane Children's Contact Centre (BCCC) as a warning to other families seeking children's contact services. In April 2025, after phone assurances from BCCC Director Ms. Jacki Leech that they had availability and no immediate issues with our case, BCCC was formally named in FCFCOA orders. I then paid $440.00 for intake assessments.
