Had some blinds that had got a bit damaged and was looking for replacements. Got in contact with Tim who arrived personally at my door step and gave him an undamaged blind (sample) to work with. Arrived within a day at a better than fair price. Work looks absolutely fantastic and brand new and overall professional. He also delivered more than I had ordered for spares. 10/10 service and very friendly.
UPDATE January 2026: after big storm 2 weeks ago when I wasn’t quick enough to roll the blinds up the cables snapped on the blind Tim had repaired for us. I told Tim about the broken cables and he came 2 days later and fixed it, only charging for petrol. Big relief and very happy to update review to a deserved 5 ⭐️ October 2025, Tim and Amber did a great cleaning and repair job on our very big dusty blinds on a second floor balcony. In October, Tim and Amber did a great cleaning and repair job on our very big dusty blinds on a second floor balcony. We’re very grateful for how they managed a difficult job that no one else would touch. Communication was very good with the pickup and delivery, however I have been asking for a tax invoice ever since in person, by voicemail, text and email with zero success. Without the invoice I cannot claim reimbursement. I wanted to give 5 stars and still would if this could be rectified

Tim’s professionalism was wonderful to deal with. We had Tim clean our roller blinds and were absolutely stoked with the result. Cannot say enough about how impressed we were. Definitely recommend!
