My concern is the extreme unprofessionalism displayed by one of your employees. Earlier today, I had a frightening encounter with a female employee at this location. Her name appeared to be Torri, as written on her large Brinks shirt. Without any encouragement or interest on my part, she began behaving inappropriately toward me, as if she were trying to pursue a personal or romantic interaction. Worst company I have ever experienced. Customer service will tell you anything you want to hear. And they will leave your house unprotected and in serious danger of not being protected from fire, carbon monoxide or theft. We had natural gas running for 4 hours in our house and their system failed. When called and a tech was sent out they said we didn't have service and when I showed him the monthly contract and payments, he said that their system didnt reflect that.

I see the brinks guys all through Atlanta show no sense of security training acting like there awareness isn’t ay big safety and also ay security risk positioning the vehicle in ay direction of no exit way I’m telling you that’s what gets people killed no security awareness or safety protocols.
