really ... really BAD company to do business. even to get someone on the phone is a nightmare.
I see the brinks guys all through Atlanta show no sense of security training acting like there awareness isn’t ay big safety and also ay security risk positioning the vehicle in ay direction of no exit way I’m telling you that’s what gets people killed no security awareness or safety protocols.
Do not sign up with this company!! The bill will constantly go up on you without your knowledge.. not only that they promised to keep me at $15 a month and before you know it they have you all the way up to $50 and say they can't go back to the $15 you were originally paying. I left and came back because they offered the $15. shame on me I should have known. The worst part is you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. Save yourself hours of wait time and bad customer service.. go with someone else!
We were originally with Protect America home security and customer service was great. They sold to Brinks and customer service is terrible. We moved and we tried cancelling my service for two weeks. We spent hours on hold each call. I final decide to call as a new customer knowing sales would answer the phone. They tried to put me through to customer support and once again I was on hold for 30 more minutes. This time I spoke with a support representative who informed me that they would send me an email to approve cancelation... read more
