Impatient, incompetent, lazy, expensive, useless.
Worst experience with any professional service I've ever experienced. Dealt w. Jim Cleland for an IP matter. Upon meeting him at his office he explained they chose this locale to 'save money'. When sending an email response on behalf of our company, sent to their DoNotReply address. In the email, spelled the name of the company incorrectly and differently in separate places.
