AWFUL company. My contract was written for a set monthly rate that has gradually increased over the past 2 years and now we're moving homes and they're demanding "upgraded" equipment and another installation fee! Such a scam! Also, poor response times on alarms so not even worth the money for "security". 🤬

I have always seen courteous and professional drivers making their deliveries and pick-ups.
They tell you your hired and then never call you back. Someone I know also told me it’s an awful company work for and use.
