Brinks likes to come into your home, and put holes in your walls, and don’t repair. They are liars, I called to Complaint, and someone put me on another (3) year contract, without my permission. My alarm still doesn’t work, but they are good in threatening you about your bill. I have over X amount of damage done to my house. They don’t care. Also my alarm system isn’t setup. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody. Thanks!
I wouldn't recommend entering their five-year contract despite a little discount! Not worth it. Also, I believe this type of contract has become illegal in recent years.

I have been trying to cancel my mom's account for months. I've called 3 times and send the information 3 times. My mom is in a nursing home and not in the house. DO NOT gets Brinks as your security. Still paying for it and not even using it.
