Very disappointed. Dropped off my taxes a week before they were due to the IRS. I asked very clearly if they could prepare and file them before the due date and I was told they could. I also asked if I could have an estimate of the cost, which I was also told was possible. After 2 days and no communication, I called to get an update at which time I was told they wouldn’t get to it until after the filing deadline. I picked up my file and am now scrambling to find a tax pro to help me. Their incompetence cost me time and money... read more
