I was told Mr. Bringard was a good attorney to consult concerning landlord/tenant issues. I am the landlord. I left several messages for him to contact me concerning an issue I was having with my tenant, but he never called back. I know he was in town as his son is a friend of my son and I even asked his son to ask his father to call me. Don't bother yourself with someone who is so unprofessional.
