I have been going to Marion at Brindabella Movement Therapies for a year and have found her services to be extremely helpful. Prior to this I had 2 years of physiotherapy which only gave me temporary relief but Marion's therapies have given me long-term pain relief. I feel so much better physically and also mentally as I can now manage ( & reduce) my pain
Marion is an incredibly skilled massage therapist, with the ability to relieve pain and tension I wasn’t even aware of. Her massage and the accompanying exercises she has guided me through have transformed my posture, undoing years of poor alignment, and changed the way I carry myself. I’m so fortunate I made my first appointment!
Thank you Marion for your amazing work with my back injury. After no success with several physiotherapists you have given me pain relief and a way forward with an exercise program that is tailored specifically to my needs. I can't recommend you highly enough!
