Walked in, no wait, but you pay for the convenience. The woman that helped us was very knowledgeable and nice. It was an extra $120ish to register my vehicle, so going forward I will be going to the DMV and waiting for 2 hours. This place is fast, though, so if you have the $$ it’s worth it!
Well I can tell you, don’t call. You’ll wait over a hour just to speak to someone.
If you can go somewhere else, do it. I was recently there to transfer tags and titles for a car that I purchased for $500. It had rust all over the body, a hole in the floor and a bad transmission. The lady behind the counter asked why I was buying it for so cheap so I told her all those reasons but regardless, they charged me over $300 because they looked the car value up by the VIN number and said it was worth over $5,000 so that's what they charged the taxes on even though I told them about all the work that was needed.
