I went there today to register my motorcycle, and I had a great experience. This was my first time registering anything and Melissa was so sweet and helpful. Another worker, I didn’t catch her name, even offered me a piece of gum. I was also in and out in like 15-20 minutes. I really enjoyed my experience at this location. Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
The guys that were working yesterday for license pic renewals were awesome. Could not have been more efficient.
My son needed an out of state registration and went to 4 different places with no luck. I recommended to him that he go to Brimmers from the start. We walked in and no issues start to finish. Very very easy thank you so much!!! Happy holidays🎄
Ran into some issues with prior DMVs so we came to Brimmer. Had a bit of a tricky situation regarding the registration for our vehicle, but after working with Tina and Xiomara, they were very friendly and got us taken care of. Thank you guys so much!!!
The place was one of the only spots like it that didn’t smell like smoke, give sketch vibes, or have poor customer service. I got through the line within minutes and was helped by a lady who knew what she was doing. Only downside and reason for a 4 stars was that it’s expensive! I paid $90 just to assign a license plate to my vehicle. Not for the transfer of title or anything else. It was a $45 service charge. Pretty crazy if you ask me.
