I got so much healing from this experience. My candida rash that I have been dealing with for a couple years is gone now. Truly, trauma slows or stops the process of healing and when that is released it is amazing. I am so happy!! Also the energy flow in my body is different and my nervous system has been learning calm in a whole new way because of this experience.
