If I could give 0 stars I would. I started doing my personal/sole proprietor taxes with Elaine. She took a lot longer than I hoped and I had to keep hounding her to get my taxes filed. She was aggressive with my deductions, and the price was low, but the hassle was a serious issue. Then I incorporated and the nightmare began. First I talked with Sandra. Hired and then subsequently fired this company. Handled my books for a total of no more than a couple weeks and realized that what they had promised to do, was not going to happen. Gave me quoted pricing for Filing year end, then began billing me by the hour for all kinds of random "fixing" of past bookkeeper s "mistakes". Called BBS and talked to Sandra. I inquired about incorporating a business along with its advantages and disadvantages. Sandra immediately layed out all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She spent time explaining step by step and not once did i feel this company was rushing or trying to sell me anything.
