Ordered a chain, arrived with an extra pair of rubber latex gloves to help put them on :)
Had a puncture on Christmas Eve nearby. The owner(?) was very kind to open slightly earlier than its official opening hours to help me replace the inner tube. Had a wonderful chat and he even offered to do the whole replacement for free as a Christmas gesture! Thank you for the kindness and generosity. Wishing you a wonderful holiday season.
I had some upgrading works done to my Brompton P-Line and also bought a T-Line from Brilliant Bikes. A truely special and wonderful shop with amazing passionate staff, who know their stuff and go the extra 100 miles to help me on the servicing and advice on products/accessories. I look forward to returning very soon.
I have just bought two Brompton G lines from Hannah and team after seeing her great YouTube videos, and have a T line in with them for a gear conversion. I live nowhere near Brilliant Bikes, and two days ago travelled the 130 miles to collect previously purchased Bromptons. Despite a nightmare day (my car breaking down, accidents and traffic) meaning we arrived 3 hours late, nothing was too much trouble for Hannah, and her only concern was that we were alright and happy with our purchases. What excellent service from brilliantbikes! Unknown to me I had somehow selected collect web order from store, someone (think name was Steve) called me to double check this was the case. He sorted it there and then for me and got it out in the post. The part came the next day. thanks for being so attentive, amazing customer service!
