Went to buy a computer from st James parish from New Orleans , officer was sleep in the dark on a dozer road in bushes June 5/2023 it’s now February 27th 2026 I have only spoken to her once. Trial is in April and I haven’t received any help and she has threatened me lied to me and to the judge which I can prove also has had my bodycam footage since my first court day and lied about that as well. I will be reporting it to the bar and the judge. Do not I repeat do not even look in her direction it’ll cost you dearly.
I retained this attorney following a motor vehicle accident that occurred on March 2, 2025. In December 2025, I was informed that my case had settled and I signed the settlement agreement. As of mid-February 2026, I have still not received my settlement funds or a written accounting of the disbursement. Communication has been inconsistent and slow. Looks & speaks very unprofessional. Very nasty attitude.
I hired Ms. Brignac to represent me in my divorce case. Long story short she took the money and did absolutely nothing for my case. The case lasted from February 2023 to May 2024 an entire year for a simple divorce. Everything that she promised to do she failed to deliver on. She would ignore me when I would reach out to her for updates on my case. Now she has blocked me and I can not even get in touch with her.
