The Admissions Department and Business Office Department here are FANTASTIC!! They helped me and my family navigate a very stressful and uncertain time in our lives. Their guidance and knowledge were beyond invaluable and extremely appreciated!! They have continued to be a blessing from before admission to now. I can not say enough about these wonderful people!!
My experience at this facility was wonderful. The place was clean. The people were so sweet and caring to my Aunt.
The staff doesn't seem to follow any type of protocol pertaining to many issues. They're inconsistent. Some are on power trips, but very few give an actual care about how these patients are treated. Nurses often noisily come into your room, checking blood sugar @ 3a.m., turn on lights, laugh and chat. No one follows up on hygiene! Patients aren't assisted with baths, clean clothing or regular wound care. There is a stench that lingers in some rooms. Ignores people reaching out about recently deceased loved ones who were in their care. Unprofessional, not very caring. Wouldn't recommend.
