The staff doesn't seem to follow any type of protocol pertaining to many issues. They're inconsistent. Some are on power trips, but very few give an actual care about how these patients are treated. Nurses often noisily come into your room, checking blood sugar @ 3a.m., turn on lights, laugh and chat. No one follows up on hygiene! Ignores people reaching out about recently deceased loved ones who were in their care. Unprofessional, not very caring. Wouldn't recommend.

We were disappointed bc our Aunt was not there. We cant call and find out if shes there so we drive all the way up there and shes at her son's.
My mom is given the best care , her room is clean and the aids always treat her with compassion The nurses always helps me understand her care and treat her likes she’s their family. The office staff talk and enjoy doing special projects with the residents to make them feel special
