The Slow Flow Yoga class with Christine this morning was exactly what my nervous system had been craving. Such a gorgeous, welcoming space. The yoga was exceptional. Highly recommend.

I received a birthday voucher for an Indian head massage with Amanda. Amanda has a lovely, calming energy and magic hands - I felt so relaxed during (the heated blanket underneath me helped) and floated out of there afterwards. Highly recommend and I will be back!
