I can't say how great this place is, I've never been allowed in. I have only one vaccine shot. I do love that it is fairly new. My Dad raves about it. As for the care. Again, I can't say. At pioneer aides there would help him call family. Here, no. I'd love for him to come home. Update, I was finally able to visit. Dad's hearing aid was in pieces, found it in a baggie. My mother has been at Brightwater for over a year now. She recently had hip surgery and now is back where she calls home. The staff is excellent going beyond my expectations to keep Mom happy. As far as I and my family are concerned she could not have ended up in a better care home. Mom loves being at Brightwater
