What makes any assisted living or memory care facility “special” is the staff and caregivers. Modena Betheada delivers on this big time. My parents were one of the first to move into the property in the summer of 2019 and my mother lived there for 6 years, including a transition to memory care for the last few years. My husband was a resident of Brightview Woodmont’s memory care unit, Wellspring Village for almost two years. After he died unexpectedly, I received a refund for the remainder of the month for which I had prepaid. In reviewing the refund later, I noticed a discrepancy and contacted Brightview. The Finance Director I spoke with could not explain it and would look into it and get back to me. In spite of several emails requesting a payment or an explanation, I have heard nothing.
