My husband was a resident of Brightview Woodmont’s memory care unit, Wellspring Village for almost two years. After he died unexpectedly, I received a refund for the remainder of the month for which I had prepaid. In reviewing the refund later, I noticed a discrepancy and contacted Brightview. The Finance Director I spoke with could not explain it and would look into it and get back to me. In spite of several emails requesting a payment or an explanation, I have heard nothing. We are 3 sisters. Two of us visited our sister who has been at Brightview for only 10 days. We were very impressed by the beauty of the building & the neighborhood. . Her apartment was spacious & nicely decorated with her favorite things from her old apartment. The staff was kind, responsive & available for anything she needed. The meals were very good & plentiful & provide a structure for her day plus there were many planned activities throughout the day & in the evening & ample opportunities to meet people & to socialize. ... read more

The place is such a beautiful and breathtaking environment I was amazed by the care that was extending to the staff by the workers.
