I just wanted to share my experience with Brightview Wayne. My mom has been a resident of the community for many years, the team has always been transparent and supportive of our family goals. I saw a review speaking to the Medicaid process, our experience couldn't be further from that. Their team has always been direct about the process and how it works... checking in and giving us the resources needed to make it a smooth. It is a wonderful community!

We excitedly moved my father into Brightview Wayne in 2024. They told us that he would be able to move in and spend down to medicaid and end up in a medicaid room in their facility. When he was at the point where we needed to start looking into medicaid, they told us that actually they wouldn't have a room. They charged us around $14,000 a month to care for my father and they went back on their word. We had to scramble to find him a place to live. During the course of both my professional and personal life, I have had occasion to visit many assisted care facilities. Yours was amazing. Clean. Well laid out. And staff which was super friendly.

As a visitor I was impressed by the staff, the smiling residents, the aesthetics and the fact that my family member is so pleased to be there.
