Today is Easter Sunday April 20th, my 3rd day in a row that I am visiting my mom at Wellspring Village. I am very impressed with physical facility. It’ is very beautiful and well kept. The staff are very friendly, nice and polite. I want to especially thank Grace my mother’s care giver from Ghana who took care my mom this Friday and Saturday. Grace you are a blessing! Brightview is a wonderful place. The people working there are thoughtful and care about the residents, the facility itself is bright and clean and beautifully decorated. They are taking great care of an old friend who's welfare is of great concern to me.
I just moved my mom into Brightview Warren this past Friday from Rehab (she fell at the beginning of December and broke 2 ribs and had a collapsed lung). I cannot fully express my graditude and appreciation of the entire staff, especially the Nursing Department. Mom had an unexpected medical issue upon arriving at Brightview. She has needed extra care and attention that was not anticipated due to this. The nursing staff has been incredible...
