Staff is very warm and welcoming. Wait staff in the dining room very attentive and caring. Common areas are very clean and nicely decorated. My mother was clean and appears well cared for. On the down side, Mom's room had dirty carpeting, which she says has been that way for several weeks, even though she has asked it be cleaned. I shared lunch with her in your dining room. Beautiful community. Highly recommend. Professional staff and pristine grounds. The inside is gorgeous and comforting! From the minute you walk in the staff welcome you and make you feel right at home . Such a lovely place. Margarida you are doing a phenomenal service.
I visited my friend Bunny Bauer who is a BV resident. It's such a beautiful day we sat out in front in the rocking chairs. She seems content. Everyone there is always very pleasant and the gardeners are doing a good job cleaning up and preparing for spring.
Great company however this location is horrible. Also the residents have zero say so.
