It was excellent. The staff was absolutely excellent! The building is lovely. The staff made sure that our relative and l were very comfortable together before leaving us alone, which was very smart. When walking down the hall to go to her room there was a odor from one of the rooms, it subsided as we walked further down the hall. I can't say enought about the staff. They are wonderful.
So very happy we found BV for our Mom. Everyone is nice and caring, concerned and helpful. You are all top notch! Thanks!
